The Canadian Food Exporters Association is inviting Canadian companies to exhibit with us at the PLMA Show which will take place at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois from November 16-18, 2025.
In 2024, store brand dollar sales reached an all-time high of $271 billion, driven by a 3.9% increase in dollar sales and a 2.3% increase in unit sales. This growth, spanning both edible and non-edible categories, reflects a 23.6% increase in annual sales over the past four years. Store brands are crucial for retailers, providing differentiation, competitive advantage, and consumer loyalty. Position your products in front of these retailers at the PLMA show and become a part of this multi-billion dollar industry.

The cost to rent a 10×10 booth with CFEA is CDN $5,988.00 for members or CDN $11,976.00 for non-members. The Canada branded designed stand will include structure, carpet with underpadding, lighting, one flag logo, one counter 40″, three shelves, one table 30”, two chairs, one wastebasket, two exhibitor badges and two carbon offset fees.
If you exhibited at the previous PLMA (excluding the World of Food section) or at the recent Winter Fancy Food Show and had graphics prepared by our builder, you may have the opportunity to reuse them.
There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $520/members or CDN $1040/non-members which will be offered on a draw basis once recruitment has completed.
You must be a member of the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) to exhibit at this event. The annual fee is US $1500. If you are not a member please register for membership at this link.

CFEA Membership: membership with the CFEA is not mandatory at this event however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.
Cancellation Policy: cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
CFEA members receive their booth costs at the funded rate and will also receive additional booth elements (graphics, electricity, etc) at 50%. Members will also receive:
Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 4 days (maximum 2 people per company)
Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
