The Canadian Food Exporters Association is working in partnership with the Quebec Agri-Food Export Group to provide companies with the opportunity to exhibit in a Canadian pavilion at the PLMA Show which will take place at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois from November 17-19, 2024.
In the last four years, annual sales of store brands have increased 34%. Total sales in 2023 were $236 billion, an increase of $10 billion over the prior year and an all-time high. Dollar and unit shares also reached record highs. Store brands are proven omnichannel players and pervasive across nearly all categories. Majority of shoppers who opt for store brands in categories where a national brand had been their previous choice stay with the store brand. If your company is targeting this channel then you should consider this event as it’s the place for supermarkets, supercenters, drug chains, wholesale clubs, dollar and specialty stores, mass merchandisers and e-commerce retailers to discover the latest supplier trends in the private label industry.

The cost to participate in a 10×10 booth is CDN $5,638.00 for CFEA members or CDN $11,276.00 for non-members. The Canada branded designed stand will include structure, carpet with underpadding, lighting, one flag logo, one counter 40″, three shelves, one table 30”, two chairs, one wastebasket, two exhibitor badges and two carbon offset fees. Graphics for the back wall will be at an added cost.
Space is very limited and will be offered on a first-come-first serve basis.

Cancellation Policy: cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
CFEA members receive their booth costs at the funded rate and will also receive additional booth elements (graphics, electricity, etc) at 50%. Members will also receive:
Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 4 days (maximum 2 people per company)
Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
