The Canada branded designed stand will include structure, carpet with underpadding, lighting, one flag logo, one counter 40", three shelves, one table 30'', two chairs and one wastebasket.
- CFEA Member Rate: 10x10 furnished stand $5,988.00
- CFEA Non-Member Rate: 10x10 furnished stand $11,976.00
Corner Surcharge
There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $520.00/members or CDN $1040.00/non-members for corner booths and they will be offered on a draw basis. If you would like to be considered for a corner booth select below:
- I would be interested in a corner booth please put my name in for the draw and if selected I agree to pay the surcharge of CDN $520.00/members or CDN $1040.00/non-members.
Graphics
If you participated in the previous PLMA or Winter Fancy Food you may have the opportunity to re-use your graphic panel at no additional cost. Please check below if you would like the builder to check the viability of the panel or if you might want to explore creating a new one.
- I participated at the last PLMA or WFFS with CFEA, please ask the builder to confirm the panel is still viable to re-use.
- Please provide pricing for the development of a fabric back panel.
PLMA Membership
Membership with the PLMA is mandatory in order to exhibit at this show. Please confirm your membership status:
- Our company is a PLMA member.
- Our company is not a PLMA member. We will register for membership in order to exhibit at this event.
By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Payment must accompany registration to be considered. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

Membership with the CFEA is not mandatory to exhibit at this event however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Event Funding (CFEA members):

CFEA members receive their booth costs at the funded rate and will also receive additional booth elements (graphics, electricity, etc) at 50%. Members will also receive:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 4 days (maximum 2 people per company)

Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
