  • Ontario companies will receive a reduced rate in this program thanks to the collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (OMAFA).

  • By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. An invoice will be sent to you by email. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

This program is available to CFEA members only. If you’d like to participate with the CFEA and you are not a member you can join for for a nominal fee of CDN $565.00 by completing the application online at https://www.cfea.com/application. If you are an Ontario company that is not a current CFEA member, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs will cover the membership fee to participate in this program. You will be required to complete the membership application.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Event Funding (CFEA members):

CFEA members receive reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 per company)

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket costs exceed our budget.
