This program is available to CFEA members only. If you’d like to participate with the CFEA and you are not a member you can join for for a nominal fee of CDN $565.00 by completing the application online at https://www.cfea.com/application. If you are an Ontario company that is not a current CFEA member, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs will cover the membership fee to participate in this program. You will be required to complete the membership application.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
CFEA members receive reimbursements for the following items:
Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 per company)
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket costs exceed our budget.
