The Canadian Food Exporters Association is inviting Canadian agri-food companies to participate in a visitor program to the Gulfood Show taking place in Dubai, UAE from February 17-21, 2025.
For over three decades, Gulfood has been the driving force at the heart of global food commerce—igniting innovation, sparking cross-cultural collaboration, and redefining the future of food. As the world experiences a sweeping transformation in food systems—powered by groundbreaking technologies, sustainability breakthroughs, and visionary ideas—Gulfood 2025 will be the epicentre of this revolution. This is where the next era of food begins, and you’re invited to be at the forefront of these seismic shifts by attending the show.
As a visitor you’ll have the opportunity to visit with key distributors and retailers that are exhibiting at the show, attend informative conferences, visit local retail stores and network with buyers during a buyer networking session organized by CFEA, the Ontario government and the Quebec Agri-Food Export Group.
The cost to participate with us is CDN $750.00. This fee includes the show entry fee, store tour and buyer networking costs.

Note: Canada pavilion exhibitors are NOT permitted to participate in this program.
CFEA Membership: You are not required to be a member to participate in this program however funding for travel is only available to members.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the spot. In the event a replacement can be found the cancellation fee will be CDN $125.00.
Event Funding:
CFEA members will receive reimbursements for the following items:
Airfare: 50% reimbursement of a premium economy airline ticket (maximum one per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 6 days (maximum one people per company).
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket cost exceeds our budget.
