IDDBA (June 2025)

The Canadian Food Exporters Association is inviting Canadian dairy, deli and bakery companies to participate with us at the IDDBA Show taking place in New Orleans, LA from June 1-3, 2025.

The IDDBA show is the largest industry-only show for the dairy, deli, bakery, and foodservice industries. Spend three days growing your business by meeting decision makers from around the globe face-to-face.

The cost to participate in a 10×10 booth is CDN $6,552.00 for CFEA members or CDN $13,105.00 for non-members. The Canada branded designed stand will include one big counter 60’’ wide x 19’’ deep, 2 stools, carpet, 1 trash can. 2 shelves on the back panel enclosed in a wall unit with a small storage compartment below and 2 arm lights.

There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $600 for CFEA members or CDN $1,200 for non-members. Corners will be provided on a first-come-first serve basis.

You must be a member of  IDDBA to exhibit at this event. The annual fee is US $500. If you are not a member please visit their website to learn how to become one.

You are not obligated to be a member to exhibit with us at this show (non-member rate available) however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.


Event Funding  (CFEA members):

In addition to the booth discounts, CFEA members receive 50% funding towards additional booth elements (graphics, electricity, addition furniture, etc) and funding for the following items after the event:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 people per company)

Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
