The Canadian Food Exporters Association is inviting Canadian specialty food & beverage companies to exhibit at the upcoming Summer Fancy Food Show taking place in New York from June 29-July 1, 2025.
The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food industry trade event in North America with more than 47,000 specialty food professionals visiting it annually to network with the 2,600 exhibitors from over 57 countries. Exhibiting at this show is the most convenient way to connect with buyers from every major food/beverage buying channel in the US and abroad.
The cost to participate in a 10×10 booth is CDN $7,000.00 for CFEA members or CDN $14,000.00 for non-members.
The Canada branded designed stand will include 1 lockable counter with logo, 1 logo on backwall, 1 8’H x 6.5’W company graphic on backwall, 1 LED spotlight, 2 shelves, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 stool, 1 wastebasket, 1 carpet and 5 exhibitor badges.
The cost to exhibit directly with the show in a pipe/drape format is approximately CDN $7100.00. As a CFEA member if you register with us you get an upgraded stand with graphics and premium furnishings at no additional cost and receive funding for other elements as noted below.
There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $483/member or $966/non-member and the corner will be allocated on a draw basis once recruitment has been completed.

You are not obligated to be a member to exhibit with us at this show (non-member rate available) however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
In addition to receiving their booth costs funded (already applied), CFEA members receive additional booth elements (electricity, material handling, etc) at 50% as well as reimbursements for the following items:
Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
Carbon Offset Fee: 50% reimbursement of the carbon offset fee associated with airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 people per company)
Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
