- I'm not a CFEA member but I will register and pay the $565.00 member fee so I have access to the travel reimbursement.

Products must be produced or have Canadian content to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

Note: Canada pavilion exhibitors are NOT permitted to participate in this program.

CFEA Membership: You are not required to be a member to participate in this program however funding for travel is only available to members.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the spot. In the event a replacement can be found the cancellation fee will be CDN $125.00.

Event Funding:

CFEA members will receive reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of a premium economy airline ticket (maximum 1 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 6 days (maximum 1 people per company).

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket cost exceeds our budget.
