  • The 6sqm stand come furnished with one front counter, one stool, one round table, 2 chairs, 2 shelves, one wastebasket, 2 lights, one electrical outlet, carpet. This program is open to CFEA members only.
  • By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

This program is available to CFEA members only. If you’d like to participate with the CFEA and you are not a member you can join for for a nominal fee of CDN $565.00 by completing the application online at https://www.cfea.com/application.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.


Event Funding (CFEA members):

Booth space is provided at a discounted rate and members also receive reimbursements after the event for the following items:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of premium economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 per company)

Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the shipment of your samples to show site.

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket or shipping costs exceed our budget.
