1 large or 2 medium size Belgium Endives
1, 8 oz container of Summer Fresh Tzatziki
1 pound of 7 grain salad
Cut the stem end off of the Belgium Endive. Wash and pat dry the leaves. Place ½ teaspoon of tzatziki along the center of the leaf. Top with 2 teaspoons of 7 grain salad. Yield 15 to 20 portions.
