Yields: 1 loaf pan
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 whole eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup Alligga Flax Seed Oil
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups all purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Mix together the bananas, eggs, oil, vanilla and buttermilk
- Sift together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda and add to the wet ingredients, mix until just blended
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes, rotate the loaf pan and continue to bake until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean
- Cool the banana bread on a wire rack
