Ingredients
1 cup Wild Rice, cooked
1 cup finely diced chicken
¼ cup celery, very finely diced
½ cup Kraft Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ tspp oultry seasoning
10-12 bread, thinly sliced and trimmed
butter
Directions
- Melted butter with a dash of poultry seasoning
- Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
- Butter the bread. Spread bread slices with salad mixture, packing firmly. Roll the slices as in rolled sandwiches.
- Wrap in damp towel and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Before serving, brush rolls with melted butter and brown in hot oven for a few minutes. Do not over cook. Serve hot in bite size pieces.
