Summer Fancy Food 2025 Registration

  • The Canada branded designed stand will include 1 lockable counter with logo, 1 logo on backwall, 1 8'H x 6.5'W company graphic on backwall, 1 LED spotlight, 2 shelves, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 stool, 1 wastebasket, 1 carpet and 5 exhibitor badges.
  • There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $483/members or $966/non-members and the corner(s) will be allocated on a draw basis once recruitment has been completed.
  • By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

You are not obligated to be a member to exhibit with us at this show (non-member rate available) however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.


Event Funding  (CFEA members):

In addition to receiving their booth costs funded (already applied), CFEA members receive  additional booth elements (electricity, material handling, etc) at 50% as well as reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Carbon Offset Fee: 50% reimbursement of the carbon offset fee associated with airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 people per company)

Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
