- Our company is not a member but we will register and pay the $565.00 fee so we can participate through CFEA in this program.

Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

CFEA Membership: A non-member option will not be available for this program. If you are not a current member and would like to participate with us, you can register online for membership at https://www.cfea.com/exporter-membership-application/. Membership is valid for one year from date joined.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the spot. In the event a replacement can be found the cancellation fee will be CDN $500.00.

Event Funding:

CFEA members will receive reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 70% reimbursement of a premium economy airline ticket (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $402.50 per day up to 7 days (maximum 2 people per company).

Shipment of Samples: 70% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples to show site.

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket and shipment costs exceeds our budget.
